光頭会「頭の輝きで明るい町をつくろう」
地域に光を！ 自慢の頭を突き出す対戦者
髪の毛の少ない人でつくる秋田県雄物川町の「光頭会」は２７日、同町の三吉山荘で番付編成会議を開き、自慢の頭を披露し合った。同会は１９９１年、「頭の輝きで明るい町をつくろう」と設立。「町の中もぴかぴかに」と環境美化活動などに取り組んでいる。
年に１度の番付編成会議では「月が出た出た、月が出た、ヨイヨイ、つるり頭の上に出た」と、炭坑節の替え歌「つるつる節」を合唱し、東西の横綱、大関戦などが行われた。
同会では、今年６月に、吸盤綱引きで知られる青森県鶴田町の「ツル多はげます会」などとの親ぼくを深める「光サミット」を計画している。サミットには宮城県白石市の「白石ひかり会」、長野県飯田市の「飯田ハゲます会」も参加予定。
