福井県内の家庭で二十五日、床の間に天神様を飾り、お神酒と焼きガレイを供えて祝う「天神講」が行われた。坂井地区では主に天神様の掛け軸を飾り、焼きガレイなどを供えた後、下げた焼きガレイや、鏡もちをぜんざいにして食べ、掛け軸を片付ける風習が続いている。
